Jay first became involved in Real Estate over 35 years ago and found great enjoyment in helping others find a home for their dreams to come true. With over $400 million dollars in sales he knows his markets intimately and has managed single family, condominium and townhouse transactions for clients from all over the country. Working closely with his many clients he has helped families find vacation homes as well as becoming permanent residents and taking advantage of the many benefits of living in Northern Nevada (Lake Tahoe/Reno) as well as the Hawaiian Islands. He has also assisted many of his clients in transitioning their businesses to the Reno/Tahoe area and has been responsible for many successful complex commercial transactions. Jay is a respected technologist in the Real Estate industry. He has spoken at many conferences and seminars and loves empowering other agents to utilize and take advantage of technology in their personal and professional lives. A resident of Incline Village/Lake Tahoe and Hawaii for over thirty-five years gives Jay a unique prospective of both the mountain and tropical lifestyles and the communities they encompass. A graduate of the University of Denver with a degree in Business, Jay started his career in management in the hotel and restaurant industry in San Francisco. Vacationing at Lake Tahoe and Hawaii he realized these were the places he wanted to call home, raise his family and enjoy skiing, hiking, sailing, snorkeling, diving and golf in two of the most beautiful and unique places in the world.
