Born on Oahu raised on Maui, Howie attended Willamette University in Salem, Oregon. Although relatively new in the real estate profession, Howie has worked alongside and with developers on multi-family as well as single family residential projects in South & West Maui. Starting out in Resort Luxury Sales, Howie's career has progressed in to the development aspect of real estate. With a family background going back two generations in construction & development, real estate development is a natural fit for him.
